Use of the service
BookTwin provides book recommendations and related content for personal, non-commercial use. Recommendations are generated automatically and are provided as suggestions only — we don't guarantee they'll match your taste perfectly.
Affiliate links
BookTwin is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. Links to Amazon and other retailers on this site may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you.
Content accuracy
Book descriptions, summaries, and cover images are sourced from third-party providers (such as Open Library) and AI-generated text. While we aim for accuracy, we can't guarantee that every detail is error-free or fully up to date.
No warranty
BookTwin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the site.
Paid reports (Deep Match)
Deep Match is a one-time purchase of a personalised reading report. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Your report is generated and shown to you immediately after payment, and you can save it as a PDF from that page — it is your copy to keep, so please download it before closing the tab.
The report is a set of suggestions produced by an automated system. It is offered in good faith but comes with no guarantee that you will enjoy any particular book.
Refunds
If you are not happy with your Deep Match report, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason. Refunds are returned to the card used at checkout, and typically appear within a few business days depending on your bank.
To request one, email hey@alek-asaduryan.com from the address you used at checkout, or simply reply to your Stripe receipt.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
